Nadia founded Aidan Design in 2001 with the belief that good design begins with empathy and a clear understanding of how people live. She studied architecture at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. That training continues to shape her work, informing the way she reads proportion, structure, and flow within a home. Nadia approaches each project with a steady hand and a practical mindset. She believes design should feel natural and grounded in function. As creative lead, she builds collaboration across the team and works closely with clients to see every idea through with care and purpose.

Kelly brings both artistic vision and practical know-how to her work. With a background in interior design and art history, she has experience in commercial and residential projects and a keen understanding of materials. Her expertise in ceramics, glass, and stone informs every finish she selects. Kelly believes beauty begins with structure, and well-organized, functional spaces can bring a sense of calm and order to everyday life.

Miguel keeps the studio running day to day, juggling schedules, orders, and logistics with quiet focus. His steady presence behind the scenes helps the rest of the team do their best work and ensures projects stay on track.

Irina brings both creativity and precision to her work, balancing an artistic eye with technical focus. She manages order processing and design coordination, keeping projects moving and details aligned. Whether she’s refining finishes or tracking deliveries, her steady, thoughtful approach brings quiet order to the design process.

Patrique blends organization with creativity, drawing on her background in business and graphic design. She supports the team’s project workflow and helps share Aidan Design’s work online, making sure each story and image reflects the spirit of the studio.

Anika brings an artist’s perspective to design support, drawing on her studies in graphic design, ceramics, and photography. Her sense of color, composition, and texture adds depth to every presentation and contributes to the visual harmony of Aidan Design’s projects.

Kodi joined the team with a big heart and an eagerness to learn. He shadows the routines set by his predecessors Murphy and Abbey and has quickly become a reliable source of both security and cheer. He keeps an eye on the studio, welcomes visitors, and never misses a chance to bring a little joy into the workday.

Nala is the newest — and youngest — member of the AIDAN team. She is a three-year-old shepherd/husky mix and a rescue pup who has only been with us for a week.  She is fitting in wonderfully and has quickly shown herself to be sweet, affectionate, and endlessly curious. She is also keeping everyone on their toes, as she is quite the escape artist and has a habit of rummaging through trash cans whenever she gets bored.
